Paul Rudolph joined CrossPurpose as Interim President on September 23, 2024, with a deep sense of purpose and commitment to Christ’s call to serve those in need. With over 40 years of global leadership and client relationship experience, Paul excels at building strong, growth-oriented teams and developing strategies that create lasting impact. His leadership reflects his belief that Cross Purpose is more than an organization—it’s a beacon of hope. Outside of work, Paul enjoys cycling, strength training, serving in his local church, and spending time with his wife, Phyllis, and their two grown children.
