Vaxhide joined the CrossPurpose staff in January 2025. Vaxhide is a dedicated professional, passionate about empowering individuals to achieve their educational, career, and personal goals. She earned a bachelor’s degree in Human Development and Family Studies with a minor in Communication from MSU Denver and is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Regis University. Vaxhide brings a strong academic foundation and a deep understanding of personal development.
At MSU Denver, Vaxhide worked as a Peer Mentor for TRIO Student Support Services, where she supported low-income, first-generation students and students with disabilities by providing personalized guidance and essential resources for success. Her role as a teaching assistant further sharpened her skills in creating educational materials, offering constructive feedback, and mentoring students through academic challenges.
Drawing from personal experience as a single parent balancing work and college, Vaxhide connects authentically with individuals navigating complex life situations.
Vaxhide is passionate about guiding leaders not only in their career paths but also in building fulfilling and well-rounded lives. She is excited about the opportunity to serve as a Career Coach at CrossPurpose, where she aims to inspire and equip individuals to overcome barriers and grow personally and professionally.
In her free time, Vaxhide loves spending quality time with her son, taking long walks in nature, reading, and discovering new coffee spots.
