Chanel joined CrossPurpose in 2025 as the Volunteer Operations Specialist, bringing over a decade of experience in the nonprofit sector. She holds a Master of Arts in Nonprofit Management from the University of San Diego and has dedicated her career to serving others with compassion and excellence. In her role, she is passionate about connecting civil servants to meaningful community work, fostering deep connections that create lasting impact.

Before moving from San Diego in 2023, she served with InterVarsity Fellowship, where she deepened her passion for faith-driven community engagement. Beyond her professional life, Chanel is an artist at heart, finding joy in creating and investing in creative projects. Whether painting, singing, or dancing, she believes in the power of art to inspire and uplift. In her free time, you can find her enjoying music, expressing herself through dance, or spending quality time with her beloved cat.
