Casey Johns

Casey joined the executive team in 2021 after serving 15+ years building strategic partnerships and national fundraising initiatives in both the for-profit and non-profit sectors, most recently at ALSAC, the fundraising organization for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. Casey’s desire to expand and foster community partnerships while cultivating long-term donor relationships align with her passion to help eliminate poverty in Denver. In her role as CDO, Casey leads the development team overseeing fundraising and partnership expansion aligning with the organizational values of CrossPurpose.

A native of Tennessee and mom of four highly-energetic children, Casey spends her free time exploring all Colorado has to offer with her husband Andrew and kiddos- hiking, cycling, trail running, fishing, skiing, rafting – along with attending lacrosse, soccer, climbing and football activities as the official ‘snack’ mom.
