Refer a Leader

We are looking for neighbors in our city who not only need the opportunity to learn a new skill, but who are motivated and have the desire to do what it takes to get there. That’s where you come in! Set up your CrossPurpose referral account to make and track all your client referrals through the admissions process. When you register, you’ll have access to your personal referral URL that you can share via email, SMS, or on any social media platform!

Work with us to help your clients take the next step in their career journey. We offer two programs depending on your clients’ needs and readiness.

Leader Program

Our Leader program is a free, in-person, 6-month career and community development program serving individuals in the Denver Metro area. We equip motivated individuals to develop personally, receive professional skills training in a specific career field, and land a full-time career that pays well and offers advancement opportunities and benefits!

LAUNCH PROGRAM

Our Launch program is an online, self-paced course that provides coaching and curriculum for individuals looking to achieve career readiness. This program can be a great prequisite for individuals who are not yet ready for the full Leader program.
