Amy Hulst

Amy Hulst joined the CrossPurpose team in 2025 after leading refugee and international education nonprofits in Denver and beyond. Since 2011, she has been involved in international missions and church planting. Amy has also started a creative agency and, with her brother, a leadership coaching group. She holds a Bachelor’s in Global Studies from the University of Northwestern – St. Paul and a Master’s with Merit in International Development from the University of Edinburgh, concentrating in displacement.

Her passion for serving her city through Kingdom-centered work drives her role as the Director of Executive Operations, Amy oversees and supports operations and manages strategic initiatives for the Office of the CEO.

Outside of work, Amy enjoys fly fishing, traveling to Hawaii or new places, training for races, and sharing meals with friends and family.
