Austin Foote

Austin joined the CrossPurpose team as a Program Site Director in 2025 after spending almost 5 years working in emergency homeless services. Austin’s passion in providing a holistic approach to homelessness and poverty is satisfied by the ability to equip Leaders professionally, emotionally, spiritually and personally in their pursuit of vocational and personal fulfillment. Austin believes that every individual deserves to be radically loved, heard and seen. When Austin is not working you can catch him riding a motorcycle in the mountains. In addition, he loves to cook food, be outdoors, read, travel and play board or card games.
