Bob Scofield

Bob Scofield joined CrossPurpose in 2024 as the Vice President of Campus Operations. Hailing from Colorado, Bob pursued his college education in San Francisco, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree. With over two decades of industry experience, Bob has honed his expertise in single-family housing, multi-family housing, construction, commercial real estate, and asset management.

Throughout his career, Bob has demonstrated proficiency in managing diverse housing portfolios, encompassing family, elderly, disabled, campus, retirement, and agricultural (farmworker housing), as well as community and educational facilities. His commitment to providing equal opportunities for all individuals aligns perfectly with CrossPurpose’s mission, ensuring that everyone associated with the organization enjoys a world-class environment.

In his role, Bob oversees all facets of building operations, prioritizing safety and functionality across all facilities. Beyond work, Bob cherishes spending quality time with his wife, children, and two beloved dogs.
