Christal Kennedy

Christal Kennedy is a dedicated Career Coach at CrossPurpose, committed to empowering individuals in their professional growth. She joined the organization on March 17, 2025, bringing a strong background in mentorship, career development, and strategic planning. Prior to this role, Christal spent two years serving as a Peer Navigator at Denver Rescue Mission, where she worked closely with Denver’s homeless community, providing guidance and support to individuals in times of need.

Beyond her professional endeavors, Christal enjoys spending time outdoors, weightlifting, and immersing herself in a good book. She also has a deep passion for cars—whether restoring them, attending car shows, or appreciating automotive craftsmanship. Most importantly, she values quality time with her family.
