Daniel Harcey

Daniel comes to CrossPurpose with 14 years experience working in Training, Organizational Development, and HR exiting his previous role as Vice President of People Strategies at a non-profit serving individuals with Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities. He owned and operated his own coaching and consulting business supporting social sector leaders and organizations with strategic planning, leadership development, board training, and executive coaching.

He comes to CrossPurpose as a Program Director with a passion to support, train, and equip people to live out their vocations and callings professionally, personally, and spiritually. He holds a deep conviction that every human carries the potential to bring extraordinary beauty, truth, and goodness in the world. He is excited to be at CrossPurpose to support and enable the flourishing of individuals, families, and communities. He is married to his college sweetheart and has a girl and two boys.
