Karen Wright

Karen Wright joined CrossPurpose in December 2024, continuing her journey of serving
those in need. Trained as an attorney, Karen comes to CrossPurpose with more than twenty
years of experience working in the nonprofit sector, serving at such organizations as Compassion
International and World Relief. Building on her legal experience as an estate planning attorney,
Karen has worked with private foundations securing millions of dollars in foundation grants. In
her role as Development Grant Manager, Karen will support the Development Team by writing
grant requests and reports. Karen is excited to join the CrossPurpose team and support our
Leaders as they seek to improve their professional and personal lives. Karen is the mother of
two adult children and enjoys spending her time at the gym, paddle boarding, and reading.
