Mark Haug

Mark joined the CrossPurpose staff in 2024 after serving the faith community as a Youth Pastor and working within Executive Leadership. Mark has spent time in Illinois, Florida, and Maryland and arrived in Colorado in 2010, leading individuals from all walks of life and in all demographics.

Mark’s passion for serving, leading and mentoring staff, volunteers, adults and students is satisfied through his role as Director of Volunteer Services. In this role, Mark will develop and manage a centralized system of volunteer recruitment, equipping, support, and celebration to empower multiple departments to achieve their goals and support the mission of CrossPurpose. When he’s not working, Mark enjoys time with his wife Rose exploring Colorado and biking, He likes to help others as a Handyman and values any opportunity to encourage others who serve in ministry.
