Tabby Goerger

Tabby Goerger joined the CrossPurpose staff in 2025 as a Launch Coach after over 15 years of experience as a Human Resources professional, with a focus on various aspects of HR. She is currently completing her Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Management, set to graduate in June 2025. Tabby brings her skills in coaching, mentorship, and program management to help participants navigate their job search and career growth. Jesus has always been at the center of Tabby’s personal and spiritual life, and she joined CrossPurpose to fully integrate her faith into her professional work. The mission of CrossPurpose resonates deeply with her, and she feels called to help individuals prepare for and achieve career success while centering her work in Christ’s love.

Outside of work, Tabby enjoys playing and watching basketball with her 11-year-old son, Kenyen, and her husband, Rodney, with whom she has shared 13 wonderful years of marriage. She also enjoys volunteering at her church, spending quality time with her family, going out to dinner, and cooking for her loved ones.
