Tyler Marsh

Tyler joined the CrossPurpose team in 2025 with a BA in Political Science and a Master’s in Public Health from the University of Colorado. Prior to CrossPurpose, Tyler spent over 15 years in clinical and community psychiatry, with 5 years at the State policy level. Tyler is an expert in government funding, Value-Based payments, and Medicaid health insurance. As a Compliance Specialist, Tyler is responsible for organizational documentation, compliance, and oversight of local, state, and federal grants.

Tyler is passionate about fostering the whole-person care continuum, and finds fulfillment in volunteering with at-risk youth. In his free time, Tyler enjoys creating classical art, teaching chess, playing volleyball, and coaching Ultimate Frisbee.
