Third-Party Study Confirms 65% Wage Growth for Graduates

An independent study by the Colorado Wage Outcomes Results Coalition provides credible evidence of CrossPurpose’s lasting impact. Among nearly 700 participants studied, median earnings increased 65% within just six months of completing the Leader program—underscoring the effectiveness of the program and holistic support received by participants.

Contributing to National Poverty Research

CrossPurpose works with Harvard’s Global Flourishing Study, a five-year study following 200,000 participants across 22 countries, collecting data on well-being alongside social, economic, health, character, and life-course factors, to advance the world’s understanding of human flourishing.

Heroes Behind Impact

Yuki Karki turned her experience helping her mother navigate language barriers into a career creating access and opportunity for others. Through CrossPurpose, she became a credentialed Nepali court interpreter and launched Kalyani Global Network to help immigrants find their voice in the legal system.
For most of her life, Julie Hillshafer associated Colorado with summers filled with sunshine and freedom. Years later, she returned; not for vacation, but for a fresh start after life took her through unimaginable challenges.
