CrossPurpose comes alongside these partners to provide career training resources and employment opportunities to clients who are motivated and ready to work.

Programs
Work with us to help your clients take the next step in their career journey. We offer two programs depending on your clients’ needs and readiness.
Launch
Launch is a free, 6-8 week online program with one-to-one coaching to help people build their career path, get a good job, or advance to the CrossPurpose Leader program. Read more about the Launch program.

SERVING DENVER'S YOUTH
Our Youth Engagement Specialists team up with local high schools and youth organizations to equip the next generation with direct pathways to career training and meaningful relational support.

Youth Advocates' Breakfast
Join school counselors, youth navigators, and advocate partners to foster supportive relationships, exchange resources, and learn more about our program offerings.
Career Exploration Day
Attend an interactive event at CrossPurpose where young people connect with our trainers and get a behind-the-scenes look at our career tracks.
Presentations and Tabling
We bring interactive classroom presentations, workshops, and info tables directly into high schools and youth organizations to meet students right where they are.

Referral Partners
Referral partners are organizations that walk hand-in-hand with community members through their own programs in sectors like housing, anti-sex trafficking, food pantries, foster care, or sober living, for example. They can refer their clients to CrossPurpose when they’re ready to take the next step toward a meaningful career.
Integration Partners
Integration partners incorporate our online Launch program into your service offerings with the help of our customizable admin portal.
Resource Partners
Resource partners are organizations that provide networking opportunities, specialized community resources, or industry connections that help CrossPurpose clear obstacles for families climbing out of poverty. Common examples include chambers of commerce, resource collaboration groups, and community organizations.
